Thomas Roche is the Project Manager for Roche Constructors. He is responsible for the overall success of the project and is the point of contact for the owner and design team during pre-construction and construction. Thomas coordinates bid packages, subcontractor qualifications, and defines scopes of work; establishes the project schedule and procedures for expediting shop drawings and materials; controls the cost of materials, labor, and subcontractors; submits documented progress payments; schedules and conducts routine jobsite meetings with representatives of the owner, design team, and major subcontractors; and monitors job progress information and determines its effects on overall project completion.
