Dave Bacon – Founder & CEO, BWBacon Group — Enthusiastic business leader, angel investor and entrepreneur in the technology staffing arena with 25 years’ experience building teams. Dave grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated from Syracuse University in NY. His company, BWBacon Group, was recognized as a 2016 ‘Best Places to Work’, a 2015 ‘Top 50 Colorado Companies to Watch’ and has been on the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies three times. He is chair of the board of StokeBroker, a founding board member of the Playing For Change Foundation, the O’Brien School for the Maasai in Tanzania, the Ernst Bacon Society, has held multiple board positions with the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO), and is a National Ski Patrol alumnus. He and his wife, Heather, are the ever-proud parents of 3 children… the bacon bits.
Mindy Murphy – Sr. Manager of Business Development and Client Success, BWBacon Group — Mindy comes from a background in creative staffing and a passion for connecting people and building meaningful relationships. In her free time, you will find her in the mountains – hiking, biking & camping; or using her culinary degree supporting First Descents programs.
Paul Montague Jr. – Technical Recruiter, BWBacon Group — Paul moved to Colorado in the beginning of 2019 from Minneapolis, MN. He went to school at the University of Minnesota and was a D1 gymnast for 4 years there. Coming from an HR background in the Medical Device industry, Paul loves helping BWBacon Group find top talent to build elite teams allowing both the candidate and client to become the best version of themselves. In his free time, he enjoys hanging ropes out at the local crag, preparing for the next trip and hitting the slopes.
